Our two bedroom rental home is located on Nettles Island, a private man-made island on the Indian River on Hutchinson Island, Florida.

The 950 squarefoot home is newly renovated and has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.

Additional amenities include:

• LG washer and dryer

• Fully equipped kitchen, including full fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher

• Outdoor barbeque

• Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and closet

• Deck and floating dock on the waterway where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of passing dolphin pods and manatees

• Coded entryway

• Not pets, please.

• No Smoking / Vaping.

 

Nettles Island is a gated resort with 24-hour security. Residents and guests are a short walk or bicycle ride away from ocean front dining and private access to the Atlantic Ocean (swimming, surfing, and fishing).
